How to Be Fit

Since it is the off-season for my baseball and basketball I work out a lot because I have nothing to do. Being fit has many steps I will take how I worked out yesterday as an example. My first part of the day does not start with some thing having to do with fitness it starts with my head. At 6:00 A.M. I read until 6:30, then I blog until 7:30. Then I go to swim practice from 8:00 to 9:00. When I get home I eat breakfast. Then I go on a three mile run. Then I come home and relax for about half an hour and then I go on a bike ride, yesterday I went to 7-eleven because it was free slushy day at 7-eleven and that was a total 2 miles. It doesn’t stop there though, sure I was done working out, but you still have to eat right and get 10-12 hours of sleep a day.

That concludes my post for today, make sure to like, follow, and check out my last post! A hoi hou!

Way of the Warrior Kid

I am the goat; I will post daily blogs for book reviews, and other topics. I like sports such as baseball, basketball, and football. I play baseball, basketball, and I am part of my local swim team.

Fifth grade was the most miserable year of Marc’s life. He sucked at gym class, he didn’t know his times tables, school lunch tasted like cardboard, and his class took only one field trip to a lake, but that was horrible because Marc can’t swim. And on top of all of that he is being bullied by Kenny Williamson. Luckily for Marc, his uncle Jake is coming and he is a navy seal. Marc is super pumped to see his uncle. Uncle Jake has a plan for Marc, he is going to turn him into a warrior. Becoming a warrior isn’t easy, Marc has to do a lot of sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, and squats as well as swimming, eating right, and studying… a lot. Can Uncle Jake turn Marc into a warrior?

This is a very motivating book, it made me eat healthier and workout… a lot. If you are looking for motivation, then you should read “Way of the Warrior Kid” by Jocko Willink.
