How to Be Fit

Since it is the off-season for my baseball and basketball I work out a lot because I have nothing to do. Being fit has many steps I will take how I worked out yesterday as an example. My first part of the day does not start with some thing having to do with fitness it starts with my head. At 6:00 A.M. I read until 6:30, then I blog until 7:30. Then I go to swim practice from 8:00 to 9:00. When I get home I eat breakfast. Then I go on a three mile run. Then I come home and relax for about half an hour and then I go on a bike ride, yesterday I went to 7-eleven because it was free slushy day at 7-eleven and that was a total 2 miles. It doesn’t stop there though, sure I was done working out, but you still have to eat right and get 10-12 hours of sleep a day.

That concludes my post for today, make sure to like, follow, and check out my last post! A hoi hou!

  1. Hi Ben,
Thank you for sharing your blog with me! I am enjoying reading about your book reviews and learning how your summer has been going. I think it’s terrific that you’re maintaining a balance of exercising (I can’t believe you swam, ran, AND biked all in a day!) and enjoying treats. I’m sad I missed free slurpee day at 7-11! Keep on blogging, and I’ll keep reading! 🙂
